The monetary value of weight reduction is sufficient to increase the profitability of steel makers
and to lower the material cost to steel users.
Cost Reduction through Technological Innovation During the past decade, technological innovations in steelmaking contributed to cost reduction, enhancing the competitiveness of MA steels.
For a MA steel sheet twice as strong as a C-Mn steel, the possible weight reduction is at least 25% (Fig. 12).
Figure 12: The weight of components is reduced by substituting high-strength steel for low-strength carbon-maganese steel [25] Figure 13: The weight reduction obtained by substitution contributes also to cost reduction [25].
Demonstration projects, providing well documented and credible data on the technical and economic benefits of substitution, should be broadly publicized.

The experimental data is also
used to validate finite element (FE) models of upsetting under both static and static-oscillatory
conditions.
The signals were acquired by Dataphysics signal acquisition hardware and software for data processing.
Friction calibration curves were generated from an FE model and data from the ring test experiments were incorporated in the FCC.
This data would tend to suggest that there is no general decrease in coefficient of friction at contact surfaces during ultrasonic upsetting.

For this process, the catalysts proposed are noble metal-based catalysts [2].Supported Ru catalysts have been actively applied to the PROX system since Oh and Sinkevitch reported that Ru/Al2O3 was the most active among commercial catalyst[3].Until now, this Ru/Al2O3 catalyst can be considered to the most promising based on the real operation data[4-7].However ,there has been no report that the acceptable CO removal can be achieved with high inlet CO concentration such as around 1 vol% in the real gas composition.
These values are almost similar to previously reported data [11].
The H2-TPR results (Figure 7) indicate a higher temperature reduction peak with its maximum at T=291.8 °C for Ru-La/Al2O3; this peak is attributed to the reduction peaks of RuO2 [14].
The lower temperature reduction peak with its maximum at T=150.6 °C for Ru-La/Al2O3 stems from the reduction of Ru [15].
The temperature reduction peak with its maximum at T=191.8 °C for Ru/Al2O3 are the peaks of RuO2 reduction [14].

This paper focuses on the gate leakage reduction of adiabatic sequential circuits using two-phase P-CPAL.
Gate Leakage of MOS Transistors Using Gate Oxide Materials Reduction of gate oxide thickness results in an increase in the field across the oxide.
Based on this principle, adiabatic D flip-flops with data-retention function can be structured by using two-stage cascaded CPAL circuits, as shown in Fig. 3(a).

Each data point on the plots of hardness measurement represents the average of at least six readings.
Each UTS data point represents the average of at least three values.
Hardness increases by 20% as reduction ratio increases from 1.11 to 1.29.
Note that an increase in reduction ratio will also be accompanied by a reduction in impact (Charpy) toughness, Figure 1.
Similarly, the yield strength is reduced from 834 to 309 N/mm2 (reduction of 63%) and from 649 to 468 N/mm2 (reduction of 28%) for the annealed and normalised specimens, respectively.

The system uses embedded intelligent control instrument to do digital acquisition of various heat treatment parameters, the embedded intelligent control software for data processing, distributed intelligent control, and data transmission through the communication network.
RFID writes the data processing management information to database after each production link.
Connection between Kingview and SQL SEVER first need to configure ODBC data source in PC machine.
Records should be relative to the corresponding form field of remote database, so that we can through the SQL statement correctly query the database table data and the correctly inserts data into the corresponding form.
Differing from the traditional ERP system, the main characteristic of system is real-time monitoring the process parameters, production process, equipment and operator states, and realized the data sharing between systems.

From 2001 to 2010, there was no significant difference of CH4 emissions per unit area between the cities, all CH4 emissions reduction was mainly due to a reduction of rice growing area.
After searching and screening, get in line with the requirements of the research on data integration [3-11], which contained the CH4 emission data of 51, distributed in 7 test points.
Experimental treatment of CH4 emission from rice data including: water management style, applied or not applied straw, the test set of different water management measures.
In this study, the rice average CH4 emissions and per unit area of the foundation data were calculated for the study area CH4 fluxes.
In 2001-2010, there are rice planting area and area reduction ratio in south Jiangsu area ( Tab. 1 ).

The cell voltage, electrolyte temperature, and CR of these cells were reduced with the days of operation and agreed with the data published elsewhere [6, 10] and with Q-350 cells [21].
This result agrees with data published elsewhere [35], where reducing the cell instability from 0.072 to 0.063 µΩ led to an increase in the current efficiency by 2 % and a decrease in the energy consumption by 0.23 kW/kg Al [35].
Many thanks to the head of R & D and staff of production research for their continuous encouragement and supplying with some valuable data during this study.
And I had full access to all study data, take full responsibility for the accuracy of the data analysis, and have authority over manuscript preparation and decisions to submit the manuscript for publication.

However, this technique mainly offers quantitative data without any image visualizing grain fragmentation and GBAZ formation.
Grain 1 starts to exhibit a color contrast after 2.5% of height reduction.
(f) an EBSD image and Image Quality scan of grain 3 at 30% of reduction.
The orientation data of this region was plotted in a (101) pole figure as shown in Fig.3(b).
Black dots represent the orientation cluster after 11.5% of reduction.

In past studies,we have accumulated a large amount of data, how to use these data to date identification accurately ?
