The author uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of system layer index, and the weight of variable index is determined by average distribution(the variable indexes are changed due to different data collection).
The main reason is that its consumption of unit GDP is higher, which shows that it does not pay much attention to the energy’s reduction, the reuse, the recycling in the process of developing circular economy.

When we can repair a part rather than recycle, re-melt, re-process, re-cast, and then finally re-machine a complete new part, then there is a tremendous reduction in environmental impact, which can be positively calculated for each specific part repaired.
The repair would also save around 1 metric ton of CO2 emissions, while producing approximately 90.3 kg of CO2, a 90% reduction in CO2 emissions [@ 0.75 kg CO2 / kWh (epa.gov)].

The variations in the fracture toughness were attributed to the reduction of the retained austenite amount and to the increase in the population density of SGCs in the microstructure after the SZT.
The main goal of the current investigations is to characterize the variations in the toughness and fracture toughness ledeburitic cold work tool steel Vanadis 6, as a result of different heat-treatment schedules (sub-zero treatment, tempering) and to relate them to the microstructural alterations, due to these treatments, like the reduction of the retained-austenite amount and increase in the carbide count [6, 8].
The mean values and the standard deviations of the obtained data were calculated.

Because of its high strength, high toughness and small anisotropy, the alloy is beneficial to achieve the double weight reduction goal of material itself and structural design weight reduction.
After the end of the experiment, the experimental data were saved, the sample was removed, placed horizontally, and air cooled to room temperature.

Figure 2a illustrates topographic features on the UNS N07718 alloy before and after ultrasonic impact treatment.
UNS G41400 is comparatively not as deformable and more subject to strain localization, as revealed by its greater reduction of area.
These simple phenomenological differences in mechanical properties alone can explain the differences seen in the hardness and stress distribution data.

An important criterion in eco-proposal for reduction, respectively substantial elimination
of the presence of dust is to achieve the required quality of coating systems without the presence
of pollutant particulates (PM10, PM2,5 ), which would be manifested as defects in the coating films in the form of mechanical impurities.

Under the hypothesis of critical shear stress rates additivity on the slip system due to different mechanisms of hardening, the power law (3) is supplemented by terms that take into account the basic mechanisms of obstacles during the plastic deformation, which is not accounted by the first (power) part:
(4)
where ; и are sets of internal variables that characterize the corresponding mechanisms (in general, they take different values at each moment of deformation for different slip systems) [10]; the term describes the additional hardening due to reactions on the split dislocations, allows to take into account the reduction of the critical stress for the reverse slip due to the dislocation annihilation, describes the additional hardening that occurs in the interaction of intragranular dislocations with grain boundaries.
Clearly visible reduction of the yield strength when the sign change of deformation: from 32 MPa initially to 28 MPa after the first change of deformation direction, and from 34 MPa to 30 MPa in the second cycle.
According to the data obtained in [12], depending on the angle disproportion φ (8) additional hardening appearing at disproportionate loading changes significantly.

These data indicate the feasibility of preparing well defined PAN samples under controlled conditions.
With the increasing of irradiation doses, there is a remarkable reduction in T5%.
It can also be observed that EB irradiated samples show the slower reduction in weight loss compared to the non-irradiated one.
