In order to study the wear state of CBN abrasive under different parameters, simulation experiments were designed for different cutting speed vs, different cutting depth ap, different workpiece materials, as shown in Table 1.
According to the designed grinding condition, the formation of grinding depth, grinding speed and grinding materials, consisted of 48 orthogonal simulation experiments.
