Research on Dual Liquid Bimetal Composite Casting Lining Board Shoufan Rong1, a, Yongchang Zhu1, Jiwei Guo1 and Haitao Zhou1 1 Institute of Materials Science and Engineering, Jiamusi University 154007, China arsfzz@163.com Keywords: Composite casting; wear-resistant material; lining board; hardness; impact toughness Abstract.
The lining board is subject to the impact of media and materials, grinding stripping and slurry corrosion when it operates, so it is affected by the impact wear, fatigue wear, shear wear, abrasive wear and chemical corrosion together, which made the lining board become a major mine production cost [5-8].
It provides a new way to produce materials with excellent combination property, solving the contradictions of hardness and toughness.
