Now road materials are short and precious in road engineering because taking and mining soil or gravel will distroy the natural environment.
Regenerating building resources is not only beneficial to the nature and society, but also accord with green engineering standards and the principle of process engineering of materials put forward by professor LiJiu Wang [2,3] .

Abstract.

The laser oxidation laser cutting technical problems and carbon materials processing technology were solved and improvement measures were summarized for the high laser oxidation melting cutting.
Based on the above analysis, this paper studies carbon materials laser processing technology and oxidation melting cutting.
