Abstract.
Introduction About hardened Portland cement concrete, various dry shrinkage and crack will bring lots of negative effect to house construction engineering, water conservancy project, roadway and bridge engineering, etc.,.
At present, the studies have indicated that commonly expansive cement in building engineering are expansive Portland cement that it is added expansive additive and sulphoaluminate expansive cement.
Expansive coal gangue Portland cement will weaken adverse effect of shrinkage and crakes of traditional Portland cement in construction engineering.

Introduction
Passive earth pressure plays an important role in soil-structure interaction in many structures in civil engineering such as retaining walls, retaining piles around a foundation ditch, and so on.
Therefore, estimating the pressure accurately is very useful in geotechnical engineering, especially in the design of simpler retaining structures such as small gravity retaining walls.
(20) Definition of Intermediate Principal Stress Plane strain state is widely existent in geotechnical engineering such as slope, strip foundation, retaining wall etc.

Abstract: In order to study the impact of the measured defects on the structure and properties of steel tubular scaffold, the stochastic finite element theory is used to study the different effects of different defect structure. To accord to the random sampling method, Nine five projects under construction fasteners scaffolding works pipe is measured. In the the live 6m and 3m φ48 × 3.5 specifications 748 pipe wall thickness, diameter, initial bending raw data is random sampling tests.
