Abstract.
It's a good adhesion with the substrate and uniform structure, no cracks be found, it has been significantly more smooth on surface topography in Fig. 4 (a), from Fig. 4 (b) shows the cross section view of the Ni-Mo-P coating can be successfully attached to the Ni-W layer to form a multi-layer protective layer.

Inherent advantages of SiC JFET device structure towards achieving prolonged T > 450 °C operation include all-pn-junction isolation and insensitivity to p-type contact resistance.
Temperature and/or pressure without including the complete chemistry (including trace amounts of HCl at 0.5 ppm and HF at 2.5 ppb that were found as reacted products in some samples) is not a sufficient means of screening electronics for long-term operation in the Venusian surface environment.

Chitosan is one kind of ideal polymer which has wide variety of sources, low cost and readily biodegradable, meanwhile there are many free amino in the molecular structure of it, so it has strong adsorption flocculation and superior environmental compatibility.
It perhaps attributed to solution pH influence on the solution chemistry of metals and the activity of the functional groups.

Effect of steel chemistry, particularly Si [1-3], on formation and pickling behaviour of thermal oxide scale have been extensively studied.
Scale structure and its thickness might affect pickling behaviour and mechanical adhesion of scale on steel substrate.

Abstract.
It is hard to obtain thin layer coatings with large specific surface area and with homogeneous structure from nanopowders to cover substrate and to make photocatalysts common usable in industry for hazard organic compound degradation to solve environmental problems.
