Notice that the carbon solubility are given for the pure metallic elements only because of the lack of experimental data for metal-Si alloys.
For homoepitaxial layers, Al-based melts allow the higher temperature reduction, down to 1100°C.
The resulting highly p-type doped layers have already shown interesting electrical Fig. 5 : Surface morphology of single-domain 3C-SiC layers grown by VLS in a) Si50Ge50 melt at 1250°C, b) Si25Sn75 at 1300°C, b)Si25Ga75 at 1200°C. 50 µm a c 100 µm b characteristics and could be used for reduction of metal contact resistance in bipolar devices.

This electronic force model was questioned by Kuhr et al. [16] who pointed out that the concurring electric charge buidup in the SSFs would severely limit the reduction of the effective stacking fault energy, though it was later rebutted by taking into account free-electron screening [17].
We propose that the driving force for the partial dislocation motion arises from the effective SF energy gSF* which is reduced from the SF energy gSF in thermo-equilibrium by an amount proportional to r(I), the density of excitons trapped at the SF, following gSF*= gSF -ar(I). (1) Here a coefficient a related to the depth of SF quantum well (~0.3 eV) represents the efficiency of exciton trapping to the reduction of gSF*.
In the data analysis, we deduced the velocity of the 30º-Si(g) partial dislocation from the evolution speed of the SSF front and the intensity of PL originated in the SSF from the height difference of the PL profiles as shown in Fig. 1(b).

In addition, lubricating conditions between rings and liners have become more severe in recent engines year by year because of demands for high efficiency and high power, use of low-quality fuel oil, and reduction demands of fuel oil consumption.
From slopes of data curves in Fig. 3.a and their rapprochement trends in Fig. 3.b, it could be deduced that the groove aspect ratio has a limited effect on the hydrodynamic friction force.

From the process perspective, twin roll strip casting allows to eliminate most of the intermediate thickness reduction steps that allow obtaining a thin strip starting from a thick slab.
With the currently available experimental data it was possible to estimate a reduction of the temperature inhomogeneity between the core temperatures in the thin and thick area of the profile form ΔT = 37 °C in the case of uniform surface preparation, to ΔT = 14 °C in the case of selectively coated casting rolls, considering a strip thickness of hthin = 1.0 mm in the thin section and hthick = 2.0 mm in the thicker area.

Only the electron-hole pairs that do not experience recombination are able to participate in the reduction and oxidation reactions for the dye degradation [3].
The coefficient of determination (R2), a popular metric for statistical modeling, was calculated to be equal to 0.9649, which implies that there is a close agreement between the experimental data and the predicted values obtained from the proposed model.
With S co-doping, it facilitates band gap reduction hence extending application to visible light region, as well as further helping in the PEC degradation process.

As a rule, data content and veracity correspond to the degree of importance of this or that EM segment.
It would be reasonable to single out certain management levels of the PSS corresponding to the data sets (multi-layer character of the PSS): (2) where is the PSS data layer from.
As regards storage of arbitrary structure data, the best option would be the lists, which can consist of both arbitrary objects and tables or links to corresponding tables of reference data.

Wireless network uses a broadcast transmission medium[3], which makes the attackers easily eavesdrop, interception, injection and changing the transmission of data.
The security of data during transmission through data encryption mechanisms to ensure the authentication and key management mechanism. Is also to ensure that when an important part of data security.
Sensor network data streams change over time, just is not enough to guarantee data confidentiality and authentication, and must also ensure that each message is the latest data, the most recent data, this approach to ensure that attackers can not previous data in transit. the latest data can be divided into two types: one is a weak new data, another is a strong new data.
Weak new data to provide local news is orderly, it carries real-time news; strong new data provide a complete order of demand response delay can be used as evaluation data.
The advantage is simple and does not require special security channel for key distribution, a corresponding reduction in the difficulty of key management.

We propose two fast filtering methods to modify the data in order to enhance the quality of each scan, typically containing scanner’s data points.
The data reduction, used for reducing Gaussian noise, works as follows.
Multiple data points located close together are joined into one point.
When the vehicle moves data which is behind the cuboid is lost and new data is added to the map.
The map presents the same data than fig.11.

The datum in table 2 were measured with the specimens sampled form forging blank of 52D FS connecting rod for Deutz diesel engine.
The tensile load and displacement were recorded by sensors and data collector which were supported by the machine itself.
And by datum fitting, the trend curve of the fracture load of specimens changing with the notch depth were also in Fig.5.
Substituting the datum of fracture load and notch depth of these specimens into Eq. (1) and Eq.(2) gives.
The notches by laser can contribute to the reduction in fracture energy.

The criterion agrees well with test data in certain compression range, but it is no longer suitable under tensile loading.
Analyze the test results According to the datum from frequency-meter and YJD-17, we drew the displacement of the sheet pile line for each step in Fig.4 and Fig.5, and also drawn the earth pressure distribution line for different excavated depth in Fig.6 and Fig.7.
The data given above only represented the vertical depth of the cracks, which were slightly less than the actual cracked depth.
Calculation results showed that after soils cracked, because of the stress released and the stiffness reduction of the cracked region, the lateral displacements of sheet pile violently increased, the earth pressure in front of it increased and behind it reduced and the values of them were all larger than those not considering crack. 2.
