A relationship of residual stress distribution and surface molding states on polymeric materials is presented in thin-walled injection molding.
Materials for the thin wall applications requires good flow properties.
However, the crystalline polymer has the more stable stress distribution by their material structure.

The manufacturing technologies are fully developed and raw materials are cheap.
Composite materials, bridging the gap between PMC and CMC, are manufactured by the use of polysiloxanes, carbon- and basalt fibers.
The manufacturing technologies are well established and raw materials are quite cheap.
So there is room for optimisation especially with adjusted fiber architecture and the addition of filler materials.
All values were set into comparison to traditional engineering materials.

This work includes using natural compounds extracted from plants as antiaging materials of poly(vinyl-chloride) (PVC).
Changing the color of the plastic materials is really a problem in the outdoor uses.
Irradiation of PVC damages the polymeric materials due to the formation of excited electrons [31].
Evaluation of the use of polyphosphates as photostabilizers and in the formation of ball-like polystyrene materials.

Also the effect of different materials on the exchanger, i.e. copper (Cu) and silicon nitride compound (SiN), is analyzed based on the computational results.
However, the superiority in the structural strength allows the composite material exchanger with low thermal stress.
