Different melt ing mould temperature were set for the materials.
The fountain flow behaviour of thermoplastics flowing from the gate pushed out the materials toward the cylindrical wall of part from the top portion towards last portion of filling in the cavity.
Meanwhile, for high viscocity material should be 0.03mm.

Introduction
Rapidly solidified (RS) aluminium alloys are promising materials for structural applications.
The rapidly solidified materials also contain many structure defects such as dislocations, vacancies and vacancy clusters.
The comparison of grain sizes of RS and annealed materials is given in Tab. 1.

As demonstrated by [1] using multilayer configuration not only could result in the enhancement of physical properties of thin film but it also allows combination of functional properties of materials.
The lattice constant of MgO is 4.213Å, which is close to several important ferroelectric and superconducting materials [3].
However, compared to other methods, the sol-gel has some merits, due to its simplicity, safety, low cost of the apparatus and raw materials.
Then the solutions were sonicated at 50˚C and stirred at 80˚C to increase reaction process between all the materials in the solution.

Fernandes et al. [19] found that compared with local background values, concentrations of heavy metals and radioactive materials were extremely higher in surrounding surface and ground water.
Therefore, it is difficult for plants to grow, and toxic materials, such as heavy metals, can enrich in plants.
