In order to analyze measuring data from the manufacturing process, these data first have to be collected and condensed.
Thus, a PPR (Product, Process and Resource) model is generated that represents a virtual model of the real factory based on an integrated data model.
In production, the measuring data can be merged and compared with the appropriate measurement and quality features.
In this way, it is able to realize product and resource variants whose 3D data can be used for FEM and kinematical simulations.
Therefore, new methods in data storage have to be discovered to achieve a structured data storage of simulation models with their results of stresses, deformation degrees and the deformed model.

The theory is that delaminating a complex surface 3D digital model along the contour line, and forming a series of section 2D data, then doing plastic forming from the top to the bottom level by level and part by part according to the section 2D data.
Under the control of computer, the forming head mounted on a 3-axis joint linking CNC machine is moved to the top position of a model first and set a rolling reduction for the sheet metal, and then plastic deformation is done along the contour line of the first level (shown in Fig. 1).
When the surface of the first level is finished, the forming head will be set another rolling reduction and be moved along the next contour line, and then the surface of the second level will be done.

The XRD data were further analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by means of a general structure analysis system (GSAS) software [13].
The diffraction pattern for x = 0 and 0.1 showing a single phase BaFe12O19 with no other additional peaks could be identified when refer to ref. data JCPDS: 00-043-0002.
The refined diffraction patterns as depicted in Fig. 1 has a good fit between the theoretical and experimental data.

The experiment studying on the relationship between pore pressure and deep coal mine rock permeability has profound significance to guide the application of disaster prevention and reduction such as coal rock water injection and other outburst preventions.
According to the data collected by computer automatically during the test, k value of rock permeability is calculated[6, 10]: (1) Where, n is the rows of data collection; Δp(i-1) is osmotic pressure difference in the (i-1) th row (MPa); Δp(i) is osmotic pressure difference in the ith row (MPa).
Coal rock specimens are cylindrical and shall be sealed well, to prevent the water in the specimen and the oil in the triaxial indoor blending and make the test data distortion or even test failure.
The basic idea is that the specimens are applied to the designed axial compression, confining pressure, pore pressure and osmotic pressure difference respectively, and then the changes of osmotic pressure difference with time is determined in the condition, thus the permeability of the sample under the state of stress can be calculated(for the elimination of test error, we choose the relevant parameters generally in the 100~300s after pressure difference begins to stabilize the reduction).

The total pore volumes were calculated according to the Dubinin–Raduskevich equation using the N2 adsorption data.
Results and Discussion 3.1 Microstructure of CNTs N2 gas adsorption/desorption isotherm was used herein to characterize CNTs (data not shown).
It is worth mentioning that this work only dealt with a maximum adsorbent dosage of 3g as the literature indicated a reduction in the removal efficiency beyond this dosage due to the aggregation of adsorbent particles [26].
It is also clear from the outcomes obtained herein that all process parameters had a positive effect on the removal efficiency of sulfur from the heavy naphtha fuel; with the adsorbent dosage having the largest effect whereas contact time having the lowest. 3.3 Adsorption Kinetics In this work, the kinetics of the adsorptive desulfurization process utilizing CNTs and CNTs/alkali agents as adsorbents were examined by two kinetic rate models: pseudo-first order and pseudo second order to find the optimal kinetic model that well-fitting the experimental data.

With an increase of fiber dosage, the compressive strength of specimens slightly increased at 25–100 °C while a reduction of strength was observed at 300–700 °C.
Moreover, these data illustrate that GGBS-FA-SF based ULGCs exhibit comparable compressive strength as that of ordinary Portland cement paste of similar strength after exposure to high temperatures[16].
