Otherwise, mass engineering test data show that the characteristics of constructional elements of different proportioning after freezing are of great difference in the same parts.
The statistical result of port engineering by Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute is 108 in Dalian Port, 65 in Qinhuangdao, 47 in Qingdao and 82 in Newport.
Considering that the tracking test and actual test data of practical engineering are lack and a large number of test data is not shared, the test data should be summarized and collected to build a shared database platform.

Raw materials testing of SMA-13 WMA The Maintenance engineering of Jing-Shen expressway (K17-K22) is located in Tongzhou district, Beijing, which is warm temperate and subhumid monsoon climate.
The testing results were shown in table 1 to table 5, which show that all technical indexes of raw materials used in the SMA-13 WMA could reach the standard requirements and apply in the engineering.
The results show that gyratory compaction is closer to engineering condition, the optimum gyratory shaping temperature is 135°C, and height control shaping shall be adopted [9].
It can be seen that the proportion design meets technical requirements of standard JTGF40-2004 [10] and can be used in engineering.
