Atmosphere plasma spray (APS) is a promising candidate for the porous electrodes due to its processing characters, and is suitable to rapidly deposit film for almost all kinds of materials [4].
The reduction of the electrolyte thickness aims at decreasing the working temperature of SOFCs in order to increase their life-time (depending on the mechanical and chemical stabilities of materials) and reduce the production costs.
