Heavy metals can precipitate as insoluble compounds or simple substances [17], which can help to stabilize heavy metals such as As, Mn, Mo, Se, U, V, and Zn [18] in ground water effectively.
Cd(NO3)2, Ni(NO3)2, Pb (NO3)2 and Cu (NO3)2 were added into soil samples after dissolved in deionized water and then mixed thoroughly.
The soaked zeolite was rinsed three times with deionized water and dried at 105 °C. 300 mesh deoxidized iron powder was prepared.
After cathode and anode were installed at both ends of reactor, a certain amount of contaminated soil (pH = 4.76) homogenously mixed with a certain amount of deionized water was added into the reactor, and was compacted with appropriate pressure.
As the process was proceeding, a certain amount of distilled water was added in the electrodes to balance the water loss through electrolysis reaction and evaporation.

Risk Index (1) Construction risk: the difficulties and risks in engineering construction differ from one another (such as water seepage and land slip, etc.), because some lines are mainly constructed under the sea, and others in underground tunnel
(2) Competitiveness: it denotes in certain conceived line, when compared with other transportation methods (such as water carriage, or trucks, etc.), the underground container transportation system has more superiority.
Supposing the weight distribution of the guide line is W, the weight distribution of different indexes levels is Wi(i=1,2,3,4), the experts are organized to grade and mark various evaluation indexes according to their professional experience and fill up the score chart to get the pairwise comparison matrix.

Thus, this method was applied and carried out by measuring the contact angle of a single droplet of distill water with surface energy of 0.072 J/m2 [10] onto the substrate surface under ambient temperature 25 ± 5ºC.
The static contact angle was observed using a digital 800k USB 2.0 CCD DCAM and VIS ver7 (Professional Edition) software which allows auto calculations of the angles as in Fig.1.

A proposed computational code was developed in Compaq Visual Fortran Professional Studio Edition V. 6.6.0, using a programming language option called QuickWin Application, under Windows Vista platform.
The powder was homogenized with water content close to 20% and remained resting for 24 hours to improve the plasticity.
Drying of ceramic roof tile Application to the proposed numerical solution can be used to study the water diffusion in solids if we impose: Φ = M (moisture content), ГΦ = Def (effect diffusivity) and S = 0.
