We should vigorously promote and support the introduction, digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology and products, take the road of localization, gradually narrow the intelligent building technology gap to the international advanced level, and foster our own specialized intelligent engineering design and construction team.
At present, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Architecture University and Beijing Institute of Architectural Engineering are planning to recruit post- graduate in major of “Intelligent Building”.
Nanjing Institute of Architectural Engineering has opened a “building intelligent engineering” discipline to train a large number of various levels of technical and management personnel to meet the construction needs of the development.

In order to achieve the purpose of reducing earthquake disasters, apart from strengthening the anti-earthquake design of city engineering structure, all the countries in the world have strengthened the development of earthquake observation technology, increasing the input of earthquake observation station network construction.
Analysis method The research adopts LABVIEW program to calculate CAV parameter by Lushan earthquake data records, LABVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) is a kind of graphical program language with icon instead of lines of text to create application programs.
