Solution to improve the competitiveness
of Al alloys is to reduce the costs by improving process efficiency and innovations in weight
reduction or downgauging of the canstock [5 - 7].

The reduction of crystallite size with increasing Mg content, which is accompanied by profound increase of micro-hardness, is customarily approximated by Hall-Petch (H-P) relationship for micro-hardness.

A
small piece from a 10% Sn bronze raw casting was hardened by hammering up to a 31% reduction
in thickness, then annealed at 700°C for 20 minutes, and followed by slow cooling.
The same operation was repeated once, but with only a 20% reduction in thickness.
Finally, the data collected on the brazing region of the necklace reveals a microstructure rather different from that of the main body.

After a 20 h milling, the peaks
related to Bi2O3 as well as that related to ZnO almost disappeared, suggesting a drastic reduction in
the crystallite size and/or a possible partial reaction between these two compounds.
The crystallite size, calculated from de XRD data using the Scherrer equation, ranged frm 5 to 48 nm for powders treated from 500 to 800 oC, while it was 77 nm for CCR powder treated at 800 and 900 oC.
Although XRD and Raman spectra had revealed the nanometric character of the activated powder, the reduction of the particle size observed by BET was not significant, which suggests that the powder is highly agglomerated.

However, too many Dy additions lead to the increase of other impurity phases, and the relative reduction of the superconducting phases.
The experimental data for the irreversibility lines for the three samples have been fitted using equation (1) [16]: Hirr = H0(1 – Tirr/Tc)α, (1) With the fitting parameters α ≈ 1.5, H0 = 187, 181T and 163 T for the x = 0, 0.3 and 0.5 samples, respectively.
This poor texture blocks the smooth flow of the current and increase the resistivity of the YBCO film and reduces the pinning effects, which leads to the reduction of irreversibility fields.

Separation, adsorption, condensation, oxidation and reduction, combustion (thermal oxidation) and catalytic oxidation are most often used for the separation of gaseous industrial pollutants or for their reduction.
From obtained experimental data, the average efficiency of carbon dioxide capture ranges from 51 to 69 %.

Results and Discussion
Table 2 lists all major mechanical and dimensional stability test data for the panels made.
These previous studies showed that UF resin is chemically incompatible with the straw materials and it is probably the main factor responsible for the reduction of bond quality.
The reduction of bending properties at higher steam temperature and longer retention time was probably related to the reduced fiber strength and more fine particles caused by the severer treatment conditions.

Five specimens were used for each test and the average data with corresponding standard deviation were reported.
Both treated and untreated filler exhibited reduction in tensile properties for PP/NBRr/RHP composites at higher filler loading.
The SEM micrographs shows that poor adhesion of RHP to the PP/NBRr matrix is the main factor for the reduction of the tensile strength with an increasing of filler loading in the composites.

Increasing s from 610 mm to 1830 mm resulted in a reduction in G’ of 34 kN/mm; however, its effect on Sult is less definitive, since the peak strengths are governed by plate buckling which is less predictable.
An increase in s from 610 mm to 1220 mm, resulted in a reduction Sult of 22 kN/m, but a similar increase in from 1220 mm to 1830 mm resulted in an increase in Sult of 39 kN/m.

The sinusoidal function was assessed from weather data of the locality of Brno in Czech Republic during the last three years and compared to the measured temperatures of roof tiles [10].
Parametric Studies Series of parametric studies were conducted to find out which material characteristic has the main impact on heat flux reduction and in which way.
The thermal conductivity also affects the ceiling temperature, but a reduction such as with increasing the volumetric heat capacity can never be obtained, due to physical limitations.
