Introduction:
The blossom of manufactured nano-materials leads to substantive changes in biology field.The safe of this nanomaterial is always the focus of discussion,more and more tests have be done to inspect the toxitity of this new kind of materials.Carbon-based nanomaterial is ultilized in many fields and has several structures,such as particles, fibers, tubes, spheres, rods, etc.but,the toxicology is reported successively.It evokes our deep thought that what is the mechanism of the carbon-based nano-material and how to measure its harm for hunman.Most of studies foucus on the short –term biological effects,but the long-term effects have also be paid attention ,such as its potential genotoxicity[1].

Very scarce information is available on the variations in sensitivities and on the effect of steel chemistry when rolling temperatures drop into the γ + α range.
At the intercritical temperatures the strain rate sensitivity of stress weakly depends on steel chemistry with the exception for steels with high Si content, as well as for Mo and B bearing and Nb microalloyed steels.

Green chemistry synthesis route can provide nano-particles of well-defined size and morphology than the nano-particles synthesised using physiochemical methods.

The main diffraction peaks in this pattern match with the 2ϴ to relative planes of (002), (211), (202), (310), (222), (213), (004), etc., It is evident from figure 3 that the XRD graph peaks are not influenced by the dispersion of Plant Leaf Mediated Natural Extracts used as natural stabilizers as the peak positions of different planes are not shifted, and there is no specific change in the crystal structure.

Studying the change in the quality of petroleum bitumens due to their hardening, they proposed the differentiation of bitumen components into asphaltenes and maltenes, which in turn are divided into: polar or nitrogen substances (N), which are the part of highly reactive resins and act as stabilizers of the colloidal system, which is bitumen; the first acidaphins (A1) are aromatic resinous hydrocarbons that are dispersants or solvents of peptized asphaltenes; second acidophins (A2) are linear or cyclic unsaturated hydrocarbons, which are also solvents of peptized asphaltenes; saturated hydrocarbons or paraffin (P) are components of hydrocarbons that combine the components of bitumen and act on them as a structuring agent.
