Comparing with the PL spectra, the weaken phenomenon of the emission peak at 820 nm after annealing in O2 and N2 can be related with the reduction of the inequivalent Si states, while the enhanced emission band at 750 nm can be attributed to more stable structure under O2 or N2 annealing.
