Nevertheless, two special absorption peaks at 3571 cm-1, corresponding to stretch vibration of O-H bond, and 631 cm-1, corresponding to bending vibration of O-H bond, were observed, which indicated that a number of –OH groups were adsorbed on the surfaces during NaOH pretreatment.

During the serpentinization of iron-magnesian silicates, iron, not included in the newly formed serpentine, is released in the form of secondary magnetite, the grains of which are «scattered» in crystals and aggregates of serpentine, giving them a tendency to autohesion of magnetic origin.

The Hetao region is an important grain production bases of Inner Mongolia, China.
However, every year crop mulching with new film come into being of a large number of film residue, leading to the "white pollution", which make agricultural ecological environment degenerated [5, 6, 7].In recent years, although the new biodegradable covers materials have been invented, it have not been applied and extended in agricultural production because of its high cost and poor effect.

With Chinese economic rapid development, a large number of industrial wastes are discharged and have caused serious environmental pollution.
Based on the diffusion mechanism criterion introduced in the literature [8], the diffusion duration of limestone should be longer than those of alkali industrial waste, but this is not true, this may be due to the grain of calcined limestone about 1μm while those of calcined industrial waste alkali only about 0.01μm as shown in figure 4, which make active ingredient of sorbents with very wide diversification, the product layer relatively thin, product layer resistance low and calcium utilization rate maintaining growth in a long time.

Through the analysis on the current study of the cutting blade material and considering the continuous cutting and large impact of the tap cutter, it is determined to select the ultra-fine grain carbide material as the cutting blade [1] material, with the brand of YT5 and type of C310[2].
The existing tap cutter structure and cutting blade form are shown in Fig. 1, which is featured by the tooth number of 18, outer diameter of 297mm, wall thickness of 6mm, front angle of 5°, and rear angle of 8°.
