Therefore, detection of soil caves with water or clay in the soil layer or the empty caves within the bedrock is with low efficiency [10].
For instance, carbonaceous limestone shows low resistivity, which is close to the resistivity of water-saturated strata materials, and it’s hard to extract water-bearing information when the low resistivity layers are interbedded with high-resistivity layers[2,9].

(2) The quality of managers and staff in coal mine enterprise The culture accomplishment and professional quality of staff affect the formation of team cooperation consciousness, and they also influence staff’s capacity of performing their duties.
Case description: the heading face of main return way of east flank in Shanxi (China) Fenxi Zhengsheng Coal co., LTD had a major water accident on September 28, 2013, which killed 10 people and caused a direct economic loss of 17.56 million Yuan.
Accident investigation concluded that the immediate cause of the accident is that the prevention and control of coal mine water regulations provided by State Administration of Work Safety and State Administration of Coal Mine Safety was not rigorously enforced in the driving of main return way of east flank, and driving was continuing when the allowable digging distance was exceeded, which led to the coal wall cannot bear the pressure from the goaf hydrops of small coal mine, then the coal wall collapsed and flooding accident occurred [21].
This situation reveals that the professional quality of operation staff is not high enough to be able to finish safe operation and identify the early signs of coal mine accident, and their safety consciousness is weak.
In the accident investigation reports provided by State Administration of Work Safety, the causes of this case are summarized as follows: Staff safety consciousness was weak; The identification, prevention, and control ability of flooding accident were weak; The prevention and control of coal mine water regulations was not rigorously enforced; mine building project management was chaotic; Law enforcement and supervision were not strict [21].

For cooling slope casting (CS casting), A380 aluminum alloy (Table 1) was melted in a graphite crucible in a resistance furnace and cast into a steel mould (30 mm in diameter and 160 mm in length), via a water cooled slope feed (see Fig. 1).
The semi-solid slurries were quenched in water to observe the microstructure of the semi-solid slurries and they were metallographically examined.
