Many scholars took a large number of brittle material ultrasonic machining and composite material removal mechanism, removal rate and the brittle ductile theoretical and experimental research to establish the removal rate and ductile regime processing model [4-12].Ultrasonic cutting brittle material and plastic material under the effect of static force, established a intermittent impact process nonlinear model, the impacting yield formation was analyzed, the fracture strength, H/E and the influence of static force on the material removal rate was also studied[3,12,13].Research with precious ultrasonic machining technology of Al2O3 ceramic material micro removal[11, 13, 14].
Discovered that low impact force will result in ceramic material structure change and grain dislocation, while high impact force will lead to the center produce crack and dimple.

For this reason the methods to maintain the enzymatic activity for a longer time and for number of cycles have been explored.
The surface of the modified nanofibers was slightly grained and there were some thin chains crosslinking the fibers, probably arising from molecules of glutaraldehyde and spacers (Fig. 3b).

Natural coarse aggregate using a quarry in Urumqi production particle size to meet the requirements of 5 ~ 31.5 mm continuous grading pebble. 2.3 Basic properties experiment of recycled coarse aggregate and natural aggregate With reference to the 《Pebble and crushed stone for construction》(GB/T 14685-2011) and 《Recycled coarse aggregate for concrete》(GB/T 25177-2010) , tested the performance of natural coarse aggregate and the different types of recycled coarse aggregate, including grain size distribution, fine powder content (hydraulic), water absorption, needle flake particle content, crushing index, sturdiness and apparent density, etc. 2.4 Cleaning experiment effect on the basic performance of recycled coarse aggregate Through mechanical and manual crushing, after the screen, the recycled coarse aggregate contains certain impurities, such aggregate used in construction engineering will directly affect the construction quality, in view of the natural application will come through
So suggests that washing number in the three is advisable for recycled coarse aggregate; (3)Based on the existing data, the recycled coarse aggregate in Xinjiang region has carried on the preliminary classification, considering various performance indexes compared to the current national standards, the recycled coarse aggregate preliminary be divided into Ⅰ and Ⅱ; (4)Recommendations that at the same time, a national general standards of recycled coarse aggregate come on, to promote the use, each region can also formulate suitable grading classification for the area of waste concrete recycled aggregate and classify the application range of the recycled aggregate concrete, such as in roads, housing structure, etc.

Orthogonal experiment with fewer number of tests to find the optimal electrical parameters combination under a certain conditions, so this experiment with three factors and three-level orthogonal.
After the electric processing, the grain of the stainless steel shall change, but there’s little change in the toughness and strength while the surface hardness(35~41HRC) increases.

The results showed a different grain distribution due to electrical heating and induced strain, dependent on the material properties.
That means huge number of results.

Thus, changes in one or more of four easily measurable parameters associated with the passage of a high frequency sound wave through a material-transit time, attenuation, scattering, and frequency content-can often be correlated with changes in physical properties such as hardness, elastic modulus, density, homogeneity, or grain structure.
Cracking modes and corresponding AE signals [11] Such some AE parameters as number of hits, count, duration time, amplitude, energy, and rise time as shown in Fig. 12 are recorded by AE measurement system.

Lightly etched martensite, a small amount of primary carbides, located along the boundaries of austenite grains and fine secondary carbides are observed at the boundary with the end flank near the cutter tip (Fig. 4 (a)) independently from the cutting modes and irradiation conditions.
On the basis of the conducted researches we are able to formulate a number of requirements to the conditions of laser hardening treatment of the tool and its operation.

Meanwhile, it also demonstrates that as the result of the hydration reaction between minerals of different varieties and cement as well as the grain collocation between them,( cement + various mineral admixtures) is superior than (cement + single mineral admixtures), which unquestionably overmatches cement alone. ③By considering the influence of binder-water ratio and cement-water ratio on the compressive strength of concrete in a comprehensive manner, the compressive strength has a positive correlation with binder-water ratio and cement-water ratio when the age is 3d; that is to say, large binder-water ratio and cement-water ratio are inevitably accompanied with the high strength.
A number of experiments shows that per cubic meter water use should be controlled around 160~170kg/m3 and inverted slump time should be controlled within 10s. in this way, the concrete would be easier to be pumped.

Therefore, the largest number of carbon atoms which segregate to dislocations is expected at the peak hardening, as indeed observed, see Fig. 3b.
We believe that the E4 could originate from the relaxation process which incorporates the segregated carbon (at precipitates or grain boundaries).
