The beginning of the

The selection of checker bricks needs to comprehensive consider all kinds of factors such as the thermal efficiency and the effective utilization ratio of the checker chamber, service life of checker bricks and so on, not the more number of holes and the smaller aperture of checker bricks the better.
It can be achieved that the suppression of NOx generated in burning and blasting process through reasonable control of hot stove dome temperature; to strengthen the isolation protection of the hot blast stove shell by brushing acid-resistant coating material and gunning acid-resistant gunning material on high temperature zone stove shell; to use fine grain steel plate as stove shell material and take heat treatment measures to eliminate or reduce the welding stress during manufacturing process; to make the hot blast stove high temperature zone stove shell insulation and take other protective measures to prevent the occurrence of hot blast stove shell intergranular stress corrosion; to extend hot blast stove campaign life and achieve synchronization with the campaign life of BF.

Obtained in high salinity brine oil and gas field, as the temperature increased from 25˚C to 85˚C, the corrosion rate of carbon steel at 70˚C maximum, with the increase of salinity, corrosion rate rise basically, but should also consider ion type and concentration; Na+, Ca2+, and Mg2+ in different forms in different corrosion process, Na+ and Cl-, inlaid in the corrosion product film NaCl crystal grain, and Ca2+ have a tendency to the participation of the biggest film, Mg2+ seldom directly involved in the corrosion process.
