Abstract.
Assuming small strains, the material model used for materially-nonlinear-only analysis can be directly employed in the Total Lagrange formulation for large displacement and large rotation analysis by simply substituting in the material characterization the second Piola-Kichhoff stresses and Green-Lagrange strains for the small displacement engineering stress and strain measures [5].

Key words: BP Neural network, Highway, Soft Foundation, Settlement.
The settlement prediction of soft ground is becoming a hot issue in geotechnical engineering.
Engineering properties of soft soil, such as soil strength, compressibility, permeability, deformation characteristics, determine the settlement characteristics of the subgrade.
It can be more accurately predicted for precision engineering adjustments according to different requirements, and provides a reliable basis for standards of construction design.

People are no longer merely content with the simple spacious living area, the travel convenience and the prosperous area ,but more concerned about the beautiful and quiet environment, the suitable of dwelling size, the improvement of ancillary facility, the thoughtful and comprehensive management of real estate, the technological content of the constructing and the level of engineering quality[1].
But our country still stay in a state that a constructional unit will be able to finish all, or just workers have carried on the simple division of labor, so it is difficult to improve the construction quality of engineering.
In the template engineering,am erica has more than 100 factories of template in the 70s, forming independent industry from design to production[2].

Abstract: Fly ash, silica fume and ground steel slag are chosen to make up composite mineral admixtures.
Introduction High Performance Concrete(HPC)has gradually become an important engineering structure material.
Composite mineral admixture has been in gradual popularization and application in engineering practice[1, 2] and different composite mineral admixtures have different impacts on the carbonization of HPC [3, 4].
