Sludge combustion enjoys a combination of several advantages that are not found in other treatment alternatives, including a large reduction of sludge volume to a small stabilized ash, which accounts for only 10% of the volume of mechanically dewatered sludge, and thermal destruction of toxic organic constituents [2].
The degree of conversion of the reduction process is expressed as [10; 11]: (4) Where mi is the initial mass of the sample, mt is the mass of the sample at time t, m1 the final mass of the sample in the reaction.
In this work, activation energy from dynamic data was obtained from iso-conversional method by Flynn–Wall–Ozawa (FWO) method.

The micrograph confirms the reduction in particle size of the as-received powder from 43 ± 2 µm to 25 ± 5 µm after 15 h milling.
The repeated fracture-weld-fracture mechanism of the individual elemental powder results in particle size reduction and HEA formation.
The nanoindentation hardness data expresses (Fig. 3e) that the hardness values are higher for heat-treated HEA coatings compared to the as-sprayed ones.

A reduction in water absorption and porosity of the coarse RCA.
The load applied to the specimen was sensed by the load cell attached to the crosshead of the machine and connected to a data logger.
The inclusion of the unmodified RCA has a clear effect on the reduction in load carrying capability of the R0 beam specimens.

Finally, empirical models for predicting hole characteristics are developed and verified by comparing with the corresponding experimental data.
As shown in Fig. 2(a), the machined hole features in tapered shape where the top-hole diameter is larger than the bottom-hole diameter, mainly due to the reduction of the jet cutting energy with the increase of the depth of cut [6].
It is believed that an increase in traverse speed causes an increased vibration [13], while a reduction in the programmed hole diameter induces more instability of the robot arm; in either case, the hole roundness error is increased.

It may be due to the mechanism of acid fracturing that is based on the reaction of acid with components of formations, and this causes to use of bypassed materials for reduction of fluid loss.
The first stage for well stimulation method is gathering the well and formation data for investigating that well needs to be stimulated or not [17].

The adoption of this technique as a constituent of the 4Rs
(Reduction, Recovery, Re-use and Recycle) is a renewed approach to waste management and it is
associated with several issues not only restricted/related to technical aspects but also to social and
cultural norms and values.[1] It takes into consideration factors such as waste types and
composition, process economics, process efficiency, environmental issues and appropriateness of
the technology within the locality in which it is being practiced [2].
Most of the power projects were not as that successful with various degrees of "farm digester" failure ranging from 50% in China, India and Thailand to 80% in the United States. [6] Further research proved successful spurning the construction of pilot and full-scale industrial units with the benefit of inexpensive technology for waste stabilization, nutrient recovery, reduction in Bio-Chemical Oxygen Demand and sludge treatment.

However, the reduction of the feed rate increases the specific power consumption which because of
the size effect in mental cutting.
With the increase of spindle speed, the thermal softening will make the plastic deformation zone larger, but the augment in deformation due to the increased temperature can be offset by the reduction in deformation due to strain rate.
The analysis of the experimental data indicates that the stacking sequence has a significant effect on both the surface burr and the interlayer burr.

By comparing the thermal data, the relative weight amount of PE/PP in the UPW pellets was ca. 50/50, as estimated according to a procedure reported in an our previous paper [5].
UPW are also characterized by a certain amount of water, probably due to contaminants presence, estimated to about 3000 ppm, but after a drying process (conducted in a vacuum oven at 70°C overnight) a reduction to 500 ppm can be observed.
With the addition of 5 wt% of compatibilizer to the recycled matrix under examination, there is an increase in the elastic modulus equal to 23% and a reduction in elongation at break of 45%.

Then friction and wear analysis results are presented and possible explanations for the observed phenomena are formulated based on the surface layer state data.
There is a clear roughness reduction for deep rolled specimens.
The surface structures produced by vibrorolling were less effective than turned groves with regard to the friction reduction.
