For the same photon energy, this device has a lower value of α compared to Ge (α = 1.45 × 104 cm-1) and InGaAs (α = 2.18 × 104 cm-1).[19], [20] Overall, the α value above the energy bandgap is around 104 cm-1 which is within the estimated range for III-V semiconductor materials.
Other work on Bi-based material systems have reported similar behaviour due to disorder of the material and the tail can be extended about <100 meV below the bandgap.[13], [22]–[24].

At that quite large amount of fine fraction materials is generated, which are impossible to be used in a cupola furnace considering severe fractional makeup requirements for the charge materials.
Thus the reverse routing of combustion products and charge materials is arranged.
Then ground materials were mixed with the binding agents and water was added.

Analysis of MEMS Fluxgate Design for Vibration and Impact Pavel Baranov1,a*, Andrey Kolomeytsev1,b and Tamara Nesterenko1,c 1National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, 30 Lenin Avenue, 634050 Tomsk, Russia abpf@tpu.ru, baak65@tpu.ru, cntg@tpu.ru Keywords: MEMS fluxgate, vibration, impact, analysis of materials, magnetometer.
The finite element modeling of the half-sine and sawtooth pulse loads of various durations is performed for the proposed fluxgate configuration with regard to the properties of materials used.
The aim of this work is to analyze the effect of vibrations and impacts on materials used in the fluxgate construction and estimate the possibility of its operation under the vibrational and impact conditions.

To develop constructive and ingenious solutions that increase the durability of these materials in time, it is necessary to know all the requests that these materials have fulfil.
The two materials were studied under an A.
This study showed that the material with a PU matrix has a much lower resistance to burst than the PVC matrix material, thus the PVC matrix materials should be preferred for high wear applications.
