Introduction
Nanometer technology changes with each passing day, nanometer material science is also unceasing and progressive.
Nanometer SiO2,as one of nanometer materials, its preparation method emerges continuously, such as Sol–gel technique, the vapor deposition, precursor, intercalation polymerization, and supermolecular self-assembly techniques[1-2].
Now, the high purity spherical nano-silica which is used in our country was almost importation, and its application scope is also extended continuously, such as materials of electronic encapsulation, photonic crystals, catalyst supports, accurate ceramic material, rubber, coating material etc[3].

However, because of their hardness and chemical inertness, polishing of these
materials is difficult.
The transformed materials are then removed mechanically by the rubbing between the disk and PCDC.

Under the same stress level, elastic strain A showed little difference among the three materials.
Because of the improvement from the ultimate loading, the materials could afford more stress or get less deformation.
Untreated poplar fibers were connected by some amorphous shell materials like the semi cellulose and lignin et. al.
