Abstract:

This paper studies manufacturing strategic based on the market orientation of strategy. This paper proposes the decisions of manufacturing strategy of companies are based on the managerial cognition of the competitive strategic situation. The respective and interaction effects of the two key factors, the trend and the existing competitive priority, on manufacturing strategic decisions. Empirical research was carry out based on the International Manufacturing Strategy Survey 2005. Research shows that the manufacturing efficiency, manufacturing input and manufacturing service are affected by the two key factors jointly.
