Modeling and Simulation of Inert Gas System for Dangerous Cargo Tankers

Abstract:

This Inert gas system (IGS) plays an important role in fire-prevention and anti-explosion for dangerous cargo tanker. Development of an operation simulation system of IGS is useful for technology studying, technician training and cost savings. Based on analysis of IGS working principle and system structure, this paper develops an IGS simulation system, which can be used for simulation studies about IGS operations.
