However, deformation of the dam is larger and larger with the height of CFRD increasing under the high water pressure after water storage.
Compression damage of face slabs occurred when the water level was close to the normal storage level in Brazil Barra Grande CFRD (dam height is 185m) [7].
The water level was 300m and the thickness of face slab is 0.3+0.0035H.

In addition, compared with traditional tidal power, the in-stream tidal power does not need to construct the dams, which greatly reduces the construction period and capital investment, and the resource comes from putting free stream turbines into fast water flows (as with wind turbines) rather than from a tidal barrage [5].Therefore, it raises a great interest in in-stream tidal energy technology in many countries and regions.
Such a device is equivalent to adding a Venturi tube in the external of the horizontal axis or vertical axis impeller, which makes the flow of water through the turbine more concentrated and have higher conversion efficiency[9]
Compared to the Horizontal axis turbine or Vertical axis turbine, Oscillating Hydrofoil technology can be arranged in relatively shallow waters of the unit, and have a wider field of applications than expected [4].

The overall design plan of Daqing gas company pipe network information system based on the way of Web is put forward and selecting Windows 2000 Professional as client computing operating system for running the ArcInfo 9.x application program and using other geographic information system software to build the geographic information development platform that gives priority to the ArcGIS of ESRI company.

Concerning the Yellow River Floodplain of North of Henan, the influence of natural factors mainly manifests in the aspects of water sources, landforms, climate and rainfalls
Furthermore, rural settlements are distributed along the Yellow River and its tributaries for the sake of getting water conveniently, which take on spatial form of belt type (as shown in Fig.6).
