Compressive Strength and Workability of Cement Mortar Containing Recycled Asphalt Pavement Jirayut Suebsuk1,a* and Panupong Panpipat1,b 1Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Thailand ajirayut.su@rmuti.ac.th, barm.panpipat@gmail.com Keywords: Compressive strength, Flow workability, Cement mortar, Recycled asphalt pavement Abstract.
The findings from this research will promote the mix design approach of CM containing RAP as a fine aggregate replacement, for moving toward increased applications of recycled materials in a sustainable manner in civil engineering construction.
A good way to dispose of excess RAP in civil engineering applications is to reuse it in concrete pavement.
Previous research studied the engineering properties and feasibility of using RAP as fine and coarse aggregates replacement in concrete applications, including concrete slab for pavement [7].
