The analysis of the data obtained with the VERSA 3D microscope (Fig. 2a) has proved the following: an interlayer of white colour is formed at the interface; the interlayer is composed of Fe2Ti and FeTi intermettallics with the hardness of 4.3 to 4.5 GPa.
This is accompanied with a reduction of hardness from 5.2 to 2.8 GPa (at 750°С) and from 3.5 to 2.6 GPa (at 850 °С).

With the increase of clearance value, the stress cloud area on contact pairs is reduction.
However maximum stress of 100um clearance woven liner spherical plain bearing inner ring is 139.4MPa, which is smaller than that of 200um clearance inner ring 186.6Mpa In order to make further analysis on the stress of the woven liner spherical plain bearing inner ring, we extracted stress data on the nodes of inner ring along a path which is from the center of spherical plain bearing inner ring to contact pair surface center along the load direction.
