In addition, very high strength steels can be cold rolled twice with very small reductions.
Rolling models are usually overestimating roll flattening in the case of small reductions.
Model describes the effect of reduction, strength of steel strip and roll radius.
Despite the uncertainty denoted by the error bars in data the phenomenon can be noticed.
Measured rolling force values from SSAB Hämeenlinna mill are plotted against reduction.

The data presented in this paper can be useful to designers in their efforts to introduce low-cost SM PAM Ti-6Al-4V (Ti-6-4) alloy forgings into various U.S. defense applications.
Mechanical property data on single-melt processed Ti-6-4, specifically SM PAM material, were limited at the start of this work.
The fatigue strength values calculated from the best curve fits of the S-N data.

Therefore, choosing an effective technology of frequency reduction is necessary.
The envelope detection technology is an important part of this ultrasonic data collection system.
Experimental Study The device as shown in Fig. 2 namely is the ultrasonic data collection system which can realize the acquisition of the ultrasonic signal and complete the frequency reduction of the ultrasonic signals.
PCI8664 data acquisition board is used to collect data coupled with the software labview.
Utilize the system to get the experimental data by testing on the ball bearing of a small AC motor.

The greatest reduction observed when the highest concentration is utilized with the result was from 131.74° to 39.77o.
No data clearly shows the precise quantity or range of JNS's utilization in the commercial EOR industry.
Fig. 2. exhibits the XRD characterization result data.
The data reported matches PDF 45-0131 and PDF 45-0111 which state SiO2 [13].
Moreover, Janus nanosilica is efficiently employed to alter the surface properties to shift from oil-wet to water-wet, as seen by a reduction in the contact angle, with the greatest reduction observed when the highest concentration is utilized.

In this test we select the data with reference to the data from the direct shearing test of Guoxiong Tao’s and the model pile test of Yanguan Yang’s.
This proves that the test data may be smaller.
At each end of the curve, the simulated data value are substantially greater than the experimental data value, the reason is same as the clay, which is also caused by reduction of shear area.
This proves that the test data may be smaller.
The simulated results fit the experiment data quite well.

Reduction unit for high-speed train is an important component.
However if faults of reduction unit occurred, the damages such as material and human damage have been caused.
To prevent the damage, it is necessary to study reduction unit monitoring for high-speed train.
However if faults of reduction unit occurred, the damage such as cost and time etc. were caused.
In artificial pitting test, load was 200kgf to take data of pitting vibration signal.

Such ERF factor is still lack of confidence to concrete industry prior to deliberate calibrations with in-field real time data.
To account for the structural ductility, strength reduction factor Φ shall be applied to nominal moment Mn depending on the reinforcement ratio, as specified in ACI 440.1R-06 Eq. (8-7) as below.
Since top GFRP bars in bridge deck are more likely to be exposed to environmental attacks, stresses in top bars are investigated for both environmental reduction factors CE= 0.8 and CE= 0.7.
Per ACI 440 design guideline, environmental reduction factor CE is recommended as of 0.8 and 0.7 for applications not exposed and exposed, respectively, to weather and earth.

The strength reduction factor under the high temperature: (3) The strength reduction factors of different countries and the test results are shown in Fig. 12.
It can be seen from the diagram that the strength reduction factor of the torsional test is higher than that recommended by the standard in high temperature.
