Due to its porous structure and brittleness, expanded perlite breaks as a result of the external force ( such as mixing, extrusion, etc ) in the process of production, thus the performance of thermal insulation products is reduced , the application range of expanded perlite is limited.

Finding one fragment from the structure of Ex proteins allows us to classify deciphered proteins as putative ones, whereas finding of two fragments strengthens discovery of the right protein.

These results are consistent with the observed significantly decreased water contact angle of the anodized Ti-6Al-4V and the notion that the hydrophilicity of the as-anodized films increased because of the increased level of OH groups or oxygen vacancy in the as-anodized film structure.
In accord, the oxygen asymmetry in anodized screw implants was reported to potentially be due to the appearance of a non-stoichiometric structure and Ti–OH formed during anodizing process [18].
