The cements slurry experiments are carried out to test the application effects of the polycarboxylic admixtures in engineering.
This paper researches the influences of mixing amount of polymeric material adapting to different types of cement combined with actual production besides considering the effects of the experimental factors to optimize the formula of carboxylic-acid-product and bring down engineering cost tremendously.

For many engineering materials, further improvement of their properties through a modification of their microstructure, chemical composition, and phase composition, is practically impossible.
In this situation, the most effective way of to improve the mechanical properties of various engineering components is the modification of surface properties by the deposition of PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition)/ CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) coatings [1, 2, 3].

The Results of the Test Data Effectively Conduct the Construction (1)Lab test data: this is the fundamental test results that guide the construction and ensure the engineering quality. The test data includes raw material test results, mixture design, standard compaction test results, seven days unconfined compressive strength test, split test, shrinkage test results and so on.
Supervision unit must play the supervisory role to ensure the test data real and effective so that engineering quality could get effectively guidance and regulation; (2)Field test data: the first is the paving section of roadways, this is the forerunner of paving work, its purpose is to summarize and determine various parameters in the construction process, including Rolling thickness, whether to need to determine the thickness with layered paving, determine coefficient of loose paving, detection of compactedness, etc.
