Abstract.
Conclusions of the paper are supposed to provide some references for reinforcement design in practical engineering.
It is of good antioxidant performance, durability, fire resistance and high thermal resistance etc. with insignificant increase of the weight and the sectional dimension of members[1].The flexible reinforcement patterns promise it a wide application in structure reinforcement engineering.
This paper attempts to provide an effective reference for reinforcement design of slab-column structure in practical engineering by adopting numerical simulation to analyze mechanical properties of reinforced slab-column members.
The author attempts to provide some references for reinforcement design in practical engineering through the aforesaid analysis

In August, 2008, the project “Basic Research on Underground Logistic Container Transportation System” was completed, which was approved in Shanghai Construction Committee and subsidized by Shanghai Civil Engineering Research Institute and China Postdoctoral Fund.
Risk Index (1) Construction risk: the difficulties and risks in engineering construction differ from one another (such as water seepage and land slip, etc.), because some lines are mainly constructed under the sea, and others in underground tunnel

Abstract.
Generally speaking,Heilongjiang province's architectural engineering common environment factors has the following several:Air pollution, waste pollution, noise and strong vibration of construction machinery, light pollution, radioactivity pollution, water and electricity consumption, sewage discharge of production and living.Important environmental factor of cnstruction stage is noise pollution, solid waste pollution, air pollutants, light pollution and radioactive pollution.
For air pollutants, water pollutants, soil pollution, radioactive pollution, light pollution and solid waste, noise pollution, energy consumption, etc, we conclude environmental factors important degree values. Thus, we concluded an important environmental factor influence degree model of each construction stage. We use Ⅰ, Ⅱ Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, substitute five connections and one leveling, groundwork and foundation stage, main structure stage, decoration stage and roof engineering stage.
According to operability, scientificalness, hierarchy, practicability and the least principles, we can apply research methods like hierarchy analysis and systems engineering to construct green construction assessment hierarchical model in heilongjiang province as shown in the figure 3.
