At present, the research about adhesion prevention materials has made remarkable achievements.
There are still many unsolved problems in the application of adhesion prevention materials.
Anti- adhesion material study on non-biological materials and biological materials, the absorbent material and non-absorbing material, the polymer compound colloids and drug film etc., all are at different stages of research results, and had some effect the at preventing of adhesions, with continuous advancement of material science, biology, mechanics and other scientific, anti-adhesion material constantly improve, early foreign development of anti-adhesion products in the human body can not be degraded and need a second operation to remove ,inconvenience etc. limited its use.
With the mixing together of materials science, medicine, molecular biology, chemistry and other disciplines, the research on mechanisms of tendon healing has broke through constantly, anti-adhesion material continues to innovate, new types of materials will be used in clinical, no adhesion of tendon healing in the near future will become reality.
