Practical examples are taken to enable the hydraulic engineer to better understanding the advocated method and to observe the facility with which design of such a geometric profile can be performed.
Introduction In the field of hydraulics, three main problems may arise in the practice of hydraulic engineer.
To solve the problem of the design, the hydraulic engineer uses very laborious graphical methods or iterative procedures [5, 6, 7].

Time domain approaches are very much used in daily structural engineering practice as they can provide the required response in most cases and are very much familiar to structural engineers.
However it is too hard to program for this algorithm for civil engineers.
However these variations have been introduced mostly for use in electrical engineering.
Theoretically, radix-4 FFT is more efficient than radix-2, but in real engineering problems radix-4 FFT’s efficiency would be inversed due to its strict requirement of calculating points and more zero-stuffing points.
This algorithm is a worthy method in theoretical study and engineering applications, and deserves a proper advocacy.
