The coating was applied using the arc spraying technique, where two materials were melted by an arc and then distributed onto the substrate using compressed air.
Arc spraying constitutes a thermal technique wherein an electric arc is generated between two consumable electrodes while compressed gas serves to atomize and propel the molten electrode materials onto the substrate.

The materials is ZG270-500 cast steel.The main parameters are as followed: the elastic modulus is 200GPa, the shear modulus is 79GPa, the poisson ratio is 0.3, the density is 7.8g/cm3,the strength limit is 500MPa, and the yield limit is 270MPa.

PLLA is a biodegradable and biocompatible polymer, mainly used in medical suture, repair materials, artificial bone and artificial skin.
Nanofibers prepared by electrospinning with its high porosity, has become the research focus of tissue engineering scaffolds [4,5], porous three-dimensional scaffolds via electrospinning technique which can mimic the natural extracellular matrix, is expected to be the ideal scaffold materials for tissue engineering.
