Furthermore, from the simulations the importance of the reduction of the under etching of the anchor points of the resonators has also been observed.
In fact the reduction of this under etch produces a decrease of the stress in the double clamped beams, a small reduction of the resonance frequency, and a large reduction of the Q-factor and then of the oscillation frequency stability of the resonators in closed-loop operation.
From these data it is also possible to observe that the different configuration between the different anchor points in the left region and in the right region of the beams produce different values of stress.
Increasing the under etching from 0 to 25 μm we observe a reduction of 8% of the resonance frequency and of 52% of the Q-factor.

An Investigation of Drag Reduction on Gurney Flaps by an Three-element Airfoil Liu Peiqing 1,a, Yang Shuo 2,b,Tian Yun3,c 1,2,3Institute of Fluid Mechanics, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, People’s Republic of China bCorresponding Author’s e-mail: feifei427@126.com Keywords: three-element airfoil, gurney flap, drag, numerical simulation Abstract.
All the computations in this study are performed for Mach number 0.2 and chord Reynolds number of 2×107.[2] (a) The grid of model g (b) The grid of model g-20s-2h Fig.3: The grid of model g and model g-20s-2h Results and Discussions The data (in Table 1&2) in simulated calculations display that drag is reduced by adding slat on Gurney flap, the maximum drag coefficient reduction magnitude of airfoil reaches 4.27%, and lift coefficient is decreased slightly while lift-to-drag ratio is improved.
Owing to a higher reduction magnitude of drag coefficient, lift-to-drag ratio is improved.
When model g-20s-2h and model g-8s-2h are compared, drag coefficient and lift coefficient are further reduced by the interval reduction of slat, while lift-to-drag ratio is improved.

A small amount of oxygen reduction appeared in both T’-PCCO samples after reduction annealing, namely 0.012 for x = 0 and 0.013 for x = 0.10.
This may signify two possible indications, which are: (i) a decreasing number of crystalline defect or defect recovery induced by the reduction annealing, and (ii) an increase of itinerant electrons due to reduction annealing.
Note: the quality of fitting results from the XRD data during the Rietveld analysis is summarized in several parameters such as: c2: the goodness of fitting results; Rp: the profile factor; Rwp: the weighted profile factor; RB: Bragg Factor, and RF: the crystallographic factor.
In the case of reduction annealing effect, the changes in electron density become more complex.
In general, all samples dominantly exhibit paramagnetic behavior even after reduction annealing.

Using crash data in the determination of road safety status can be categorized as reactive measures.
Most basic procedure of reactive actions is generally based on crash data of the road since this data has numerous crash information such as location of crash (by kilometer of the road) and time of crash (time, day and month).
The first phase of collecting road environment data was completed using drive-through method.
A data reduction technique called principal component analysis was applied to cluster the road environment indicators in several groups hence determined the characteristics of each group.

Introduction Association rules mining aims to find interesting association or correlation in large quantities of data between itemsets.
It is an important subject in data mining, and it has been widely researched in recent years [1].
For mass and some important information which loss of measured data, rough set theory can complete the dimensionality reduction, incomplete information feature extraction [4].
There is no general theoretical solution to find the optimal number of clusters for a given data set.

Additionally, the calculating results are compared with experimental data.
Current Formulae for Eccentric Bearing Capacity of CFST Short Columns The formulae for eccentric bearing capacity of concrete-filled circular steel tube short columns (N) are mainly included as follows[1]: N≤φ1φcN0 (1) Where, φ1 is the reduction factor of bearing capacity considering the influence of slenderness ratio; φc is the reduction factor of bearing capacity considering the eccentricity effects; N0 is the design value of bearing capacity of CFST short column, N0=fc Ac(1++θ), fc is the design value of axial compressive strength of concrete, Ac is the cross-sectional area of concrete inside the steel pipe, θ is the steel tube confinement index, θ= fs As/ (fc Ac), fs is the design value of axial compressive strength or tensile strength of steel pipe, As
In Eq. (1), the reduction factors of bearing capacity considering the influence of slenderness ratio and eccentricity were proposed by regression analysis based on lots of experimental data according to the selected parameters.
N≤γ φc(As fs +K1 Ac fc) (2) Where, φc is the reduction factor of bearing capacity of eccentric bearing capacity of CFST; γ is the correction value of φc , γ=1.124-2t/D-0.0003 fs; K1 is the added coefficient of strength of core concrete; The eccentricity amplifier method has been adopted in equation (2).
The comparison with experimental data showed that the optimal calculating formulae performed high accuracy and can be easily used for engineering design.

As for the blended wing body, its projected emissions performance is based on published data in the literatures.
Of particular interest in this study is the expected 50% reduction of CO2 by year 2022 [9].
Fig. 3 Summarized Block Diagram of the Analysis Process Using linear regression based on data points in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, empirical relationships that represent the estimated improvements achieved on TSFC and L/D throughout the years are derived for both regional-jet and large conventional aircraft categories.
In this study, recall that emissions standard of year 1997 is the basis for the reduction goals set by NASA.
This hints that the reliance on just improvements on engine technology and aerodynamic design of conventional aircraft concept might not be enough to successfully achieve the target fuel reduction, hence emissions reduction, goal.
