The EL MAR systems devise can measure eye position to a resolution, range and reliability unparalleled in video based eye-tracking.
Air Force is using EL-MAR's technology to explore the use of eye-tracking in pilot training.
EL-MAR has also developed systems that are used to train F-16 pilots.
EL-MAR's Fixation Analysis Software Technology (FAST) provides quantitative information regarding the subject's eye fixation and scan-path patterns from data recorded by the equipment [21].

According to the definition, the linear energy EL depends directly on the mechanical power PMrot developed during the stirring process, respectively it depends indirectly on the travel speed v: EL = PMrot / v (18) On the other hand, the heat input Q is directly proportional to the linear energy EL and the thermal efficiency ηt of the transfer of the heat produced by the friction of both the shoulder and pin on the base metals, to the nugget zone, where the weld metal is produced: Q = ηt EL (19) These quantities are also analysed.

Reference Dies for the Evaluation of Tensile Properties of Gravity Cast Al-Si Alloys: An Overview Anilchandra R.
Aluminium-silicon (Al-Si) alloys are the most common amongst Al alloys cast through PMC due to their excellent fluidity and castability.
It is clear from the plots that the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and elongation (EL) decrease with an increase in the casting thickness.
(a) Permanent mold step casting used in the work of Grosselle et al. [13] and (b) The variation in the tensile properties with the casting thickness in two different Al-Si alloys Akhtar et al. [14] used a slightly modified step casting die wherein the molten metal enters from the thickest part (30 mm) and flows horizontally towards the thinnest part (5 mm) in the cavity as shown in Fig. 5a.

Tsutsui et al. reported that the use of hydrophobic silica aerogel layers is promising for enhancement of the device coupling-out efficiency in OLEDs; nevertheless, the production process is complicated [16].
The device structure of OLEDs is ITO / HIO2 (25 nm) / NPB (5 nm) / TCTA (10 nm) / CBP:10 wt % Ir (ppy)3(20 nm)/ TPBi (30 nm) / LiF (0.3 nm) / Al (200 nm).
We used 1, 3, 5-tris (2-N-phenylbenzimidazolyl) benzene (TPBi) as electron transport layer (ETL), LiF as electron injector layer (EIL), and Al as the metal cathode.
Results and Discussion In Fig. 4, the EL spectra of OLEDs from the surface and edge side were plotted.
