Abstract.
Combined with wooden beam deflection limit is reached when the load is often less than the destruction of the limit load of engineering actual situation, based on the cross section of equivalent substitution principle, set up a wooden beam CFRP reinforcement design calculation formula of calculation results, the wooden beam reinforcement and reconstruction for the future of different load cases, the design of the CFRP amount needed.
This paper test shows that the wooden beam deflection limit is reached specification, wood beam deformation in the elastic stage, this method can be applied to the engineering practice.

Improving the talent training mode increases the engineering quality, practice ability and creative spirit.
The progress of construction engineering from the architectural scheme design, construction drawings to construction budget can be finished to realize integration of CAD.
Therefore, cultivating and training students application ability of the CAD plays an important role in employment competitiveness of civil engineering graduates.
Improving the talent training mode increases the engineering quality, practice ability and creative spirit.
The excellent course of architectural drawing and CAD is used to preview before class, class teaching, after-school review and practice by students in grade 2009, 2010 and 2011 of department of material and civil engineering, which was loved by students.

[3] On other hand, aviation supplies inventory system is an uncertain system.
The result shows: (1) From the engineering point of view that the number of different dates tire consuming is independent of each other and the correlation of different date loss is weak
