Introduction
The reason that the compound materials have the outstanding performance is that it synthesized the respective characteristic of reinforcing material and the basis material, but must be able to realize through interfacial sheat, therefore the contact surface shearing strength has decided the mechanical properties of compound materials to a great extent.

Study of Tribological characteristics of vegetable-based cutting fluids is essential to understand the behaviour of various materials under different operating lubrication conditions.
The complexity of predicting the wear and frictional performance of the materials motivates the tribologist to adopt an artificial neural network (ANN) approach, as it can be used to make such predictions with caution [7].
