Unprocessed chicken feathers are considered as potentially hazardous biological materials due to the presence of blood borne pathogens; therefore, the decontamination process is very important.
Soxhlet extraction with ethanol was performed to efficiently extract fatty and waxy materials.
Experimental Materials Chicken feathers were supplied by Baiada Poultry Pty Ltd.
Vibrational spectroscopic analysis A Perkin Elmer Raman Station 400F was used to record spectra of the materials: 785 nm, max output of 250 mW and 100 micron laser spot size.
Journal of Raman Spectroscopy, 37, no. 11, pp. 1302-1306 (2006)

But its main raw materials are high-quality oxide materials and synthetic raw materials, so the cost is very high.
It’s a new method of alleviating China's high-quality raw materials consumption and the utilization of solid waste minerals[6].
According to the proportion, weighing coal gangue 50g and carbonaceous materials 27.07g into Teflon ball milling tank, with agate ball milling as grinding medium, blending 12h, the raw materials were fully mixed.
According to tab 1 raw materials were accurately weighed and mixed into a collergang after adding tar.
