In 2008, the second institute of CAAC developed “Air Traffic Control Safety Information System”.
(10) Information sharing and distribution: after integrating, the system can share and distribute safety information basing on the right; generate various research reports or journals; facilitate inner communication and information exchange and sharing with other aviation safety information systems from other civil aviation units
(13) System interface: the system provides open interface, facilitates information exchange, sharing and integration with other information systems from civil aviation and airports domestic and international. 5 Conclusions Aviation safety information is the foundation of implementing safety operation, safety supervision, risk control, accident prevention and safety decision to the airport.

The geographical conditions of earthquake-hit areas was very complex such as the instability of mountain mass and the intense activity of geologic structure, the roads located in disaster areas were damaged seriously because of these geographical conditions, and the traffic safety was influenced by those damaged roads.

Conflict resolution problem (CRP) plays a crucial role in the guarantee of safety.
Moreover, CCDG succeed to improve the airspace safety and reduce cost for CR.
Unfortunately, the increase of air traffic causes the entire system overloaded because of the inefficiencies of air traffic control (ATC) system, which increases the frequency of separation violations among aircrafts and threatens the airspace operational safety [2].

Thus, this is an inexpensive and mobile device, accessible to a wide range of platforms being able to analyze and advise the driver of situations that might endanger the safety in traffic.
To ensure better safety in traffic it is required the monitoring, recording and controlling the most important vital parameters of the driver.
It can be seen that drivers suffering from cardiovascular diseases or sudden outbursts of them, have a higher rate in producing a traffic accident.
