On the contrary, low tensile stress of the thin film materials could effectively avoid any bending [5].
Among them, material 1 (the upper entity) was defined as polysilicon, its thermal conductivity was 25 W/(m•K), the Seebeck coefficient was 95 μV/K; material 2 (lower entity) was defined as the aluminum material, its thermal conductivity was 240 W/(m•K), the Seebeck coefficient was -165 μV/K [6].
There’s no need to have the third metal material as conductor in the middle.

Introduction Recently, the need to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials and structures under varying loads has arisen in various industrial and research applications such as material testing, modal testing, crash testing, dynamic weighing, robotic, airplane and vehicles dynamics, and the monitoring of the soundness of various structures.
In this method, the inertial force of a mass levitated with a pneumatic linear bearing is utilized as the reference force applied to the objects being tested, such as force transducers, materials and structures.
The LMM is experimentally applied to material testing, e.g. to the evaluation of the viscoelasticity of materials under an oscillating load [1] or an impact load [2,3].
Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of the LMM-based experimental setup for evaluating the dynamic response of materials against forced oscillation.

(1) The thermal physical parameters of melt in casting zone are only determined by temperature. (2) The physical parameters of roller are constant. (3) The physical and inertial force are neglected. (4) There is no relative slide between solidification-shells and rollers, and they contact tightly. (5) The elastic deformation of the material is relatively small to the plastic deformation, thus it can be ignored. (6) The materials volume can not be compressed. (7) The materials are isotropic and homogeneous
