It is well known that SRZ is a three-phase constituent composed of TCP and stringers of gamma phase in a matrix of gamma prime and it is believed to form as a result of local chemistry changes in the substrate partially owing to the application of the diffusion aluminide coating.

Although carbon anode materials have received wide-range applications in Li ion batteries, it is recognized that graphitic carbon anodes suffer from solvent co-intercalation in propylene-carbonate-based electrolytes, which results in large interlayer expansion and subsequent degradation of structure.

The growth was performed using standard chemistry: purified hydrogen (H2) as carrier gas, silane (SiH4) and propane (C3H8) as precursors and trimethylaluminum (TMA) diluted in hydrogen as source of aluminum for p-type doping.

Soils acquire better resistance when they are stabilized, according to Makusa [1] there are various forms of soil stabilization such as: compaction, drainage, improvement of the gradation of particle size and chemistry; the latter dependence on parameters associated with the properties of the soil, cementitious materials, among other types of additives like the use of nanoparticles type carbon nanotubes, which have reported satisfactory results in nanomaterial applications [2].
To this process is added the inclusion of carbon nanotubes whose objective is to improve the physical and chemical structure that occurs during the cement curing process, thanks to its high elastic behavior.
