Abstract.
Tris-(4-carboxyphenyl) methane (TCOPM), bearing three carboxyl groups at the p-positions, has the similar structure with TPM, and therefore should also be utilized as both the thermal iniferter and the RATRP initiator.

Abstract
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) have been used
to compare hydrogen defects formed in p doped [001] oriented Cz silicon samples which are H
+
plasma treated , H
+ implanted or Si+ implanted + H

So several is studied have advantage not limited by the time, space, it is not only can meet the demand that specific chemistry practise, can reduce and study the total cost even more.
And information processing way is to think that is observed, good at summing up and deducing and setting up the ability of the theory structure, assimilate different materials and form the theory, it is the reliable and accuracy to pay attention to the information source, Suitable for, engaged in the work of research properties such as information and scientific work.
