Abstract Treatment for cancer disease by using traditional plant has been used since the ancient era. many plants have the potential to treat cancer, one of them is β-sitosterol. for over a decade, β-sitosterol has many functions in the human body such as treatment for the cancer patient or cholesterol treatment. for this reason, the aims of these studies were to get the best solvent system to the gain β-sitosterol compound from the bark of kelor.
After determined the Rf, the same Rf was collected and continued fractionation using pressure column chromatography (PCC) by increasing polarity index of the mobile phase hexane: ethyl acetate(19:1, 9:1, 8:2, 7:3 dan 6:4), and all the fraction was stored in a vial and dried for the purity of crystal.. 2.7 Recrystallisation process Purity sample was determined by TLC with 3 eluent solvent system, the purity was identified if the result has one spot. the crystal was observed by determined the melting point yield. 2.8 Identifying compounds Those the structure compounds were identified and determined by using Furir Transmission Infrared (FTIR) and the interpretation of data was interpreted using comparison study with other literature. 3.

Metals usually has the positive ions between the layers of metal structure.
Surface treatment or preheating the reinforcement can change the chemistry of particle surface such as surface oxidation especially at higher temperature, therefore the optimum temperature for removing adsorbed gas and volatile substance is 400 ⁰C [15]

Their popularity is explained by a number of advantages over other coating methods, namely:
– the absence of any thermal action on the surface of the part which would lead to undesirable changes to the structure and mechanical properties of its material;
– the possibility of obtaining coatings of a given thickness, which allows us to significantly reduce the allowance for subsequent machining, as well as the machining complexity;
– the possibility of depositing coatings with given physical and mechanical properties in terms of thickness.
