Combined with sludge BMP thermal hydrolysis treated test results and practical engineering, the most suitable conditions for the thermal hydrolysis process: Treated at 170 ℃ 45min, in this condition treated sludge TCOD removal, VS removal and gas production, respectively, than the original sludge improved 44.9%, 43.6% and 66.5%.
