The full denture was fabricated using acrylic resin (Vertex Castavaria) material using vacuum casting technique.
The physical model of the denture assembly was produced on acrylic material by using Rapid Pro Jet SD3000 machine, as shown in Figure 2a.

As the constitutive equations for flow behavior of materials for a thixo-cast material are expected to be different from those of conventionally cast material of the same alloy, the necessary material data are experimentally determined from isothermal hot compression tests of the A356 thixocast alloy.
The materials constant involved in the equation are obtained through isothermal hot compression tests performed in the temperature range of 300-500℃ and strain rate in the range of 0.001-10s-1.

Unprocessed chicken feathers are considered as potentially hazardous biological materials due to the presence of blood borne pathogens; therefore, the decontamination process is very important.
Soxhlet extraction with ethanol was performed to efficiently extract fatty and waxy materials.
Experimental Materials Chicken feathers were supplied by Baiada Poultry Pty Ltd.
Vibrational spectroscopic analysis A Perkin Elmer Raman Station 400F was used to record spectra of the materials: 785 nm, max output of 250 mW and 100 micron laser spot size.
